Workshop Description: Restorative Yoga and Sound Meditation

Join us for a workshop that will help you feel relaxed and at peace. We will guide you through gentle yoga poses that are meant to relax and restore your body. These poses are held for a long time so you can fully relax. We will also use props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to help you stretch and release tension.During the workshop, we will also teach you meditation techniques to calm your mind. These practices will help you be present and still. Restorative Yoga and Meditation are great for self-care and overall well-being. It's a chance to heal and feel restored.
This workshop is for everyone, whether you're new to yoga or have experience. You just need an open mind and a desire to explore the benefits of Restorative Yoga and Meditation.
