Certified Trauma Informed Yoga
As a survivor of domestic abuse, I suffered for decades with residual trauma. After years of chronic neck and back pain, I found unexpected and profound healing through yoga and moving meditation. This internal healing made such an impact on my external environments that I wanted to share the gifts of yoga with everyone, especially give healing back to the very undeserved and ever speedily overpopulated community suffering from trauma. Through learning deeper principles within yoga as a student & a teacher I have cultivated a gentle I have also continued my education and compiling certifications trauma-informed yoga innovative, groundbreaking work with universities and research studies trauma-sensitive yoga has embraced the masses. In the years following my original 200 hr, I that I found nowhere else Private or Small classes provide a safe and trauma sensitive yoga practice designed to release stress and calm the mind.
An 8-week series that deep dives into personal education of triggers, self-regulation tools, and breath- work to use in every or any anxiety-inducing environment. The curriculum is based on sound and scientific studies based on a variety of yoga methods and mudras to reduce anxiety and stress and many more helpful self-regulating tips to implement in your daily life.
In a non-competitive and nurturing environment, we bring fun movement, breath and games into a fun-filled and educational practice. A place to chill and find entertainment in the simple things while learning ways to release stress, increase energy and build strength.
Kids Anxiety Sensitive Yoga
A chance to find a balance within your own person and learn appropriate self-regulation tools to use for any situation. private or semi-private classes
Family yoga creates great opportunities for bonding time, learning together and teamwork. Classes have a variety of poses, songs, and activities, that will fit some ages better than others, but there will be something for everyone, and families get to practice and learn together.

Sanctuary Station Yoga is a (pending) 5013c nonprofit that offers complimentary yoga/meditation and retreat services to those lives that have been negatively impacted by trauma and abuse. Serving Domestic Violence shelters, foster care programs, girls and children's clubs and after school programs, transitional housing, active duty military, military veterans, those who suffer from PTSD, Trauma, Anxiety, and stress-related health issues.
